how did anyone argue for that

(they're also allowed to store, delete and change digital data, have more rights regarding telco and post surveillance, can detain people for three months preventatively… this is making me sick)

@vahnj I read some excerpts from the ruling and it was just *so bad* I have no idea if google will be able to take this to the supreme court, but it basically read like the appeals court didn't understand the concept of APIs at all
