Being around this one corner of Twitter really drives home for me that “I don’t like this!” is valid and more positive and useful than “this is objectively bad.”

Profoundly bad night sleep wise; I'm *definitely* having some sort of bad anxiety spike (I was up earlier with anxiety, and it was bad before bed), muscles started tensing in my left leg for no reason and the upstairs neighbors seem to be having a quieter one of their HURRAH WEEKNIGHT parties.

and of course if I get time off I'll feel too relieved to be stressed out and weep, so I just don't really get catharsis, y'know?
