@001zlnv Agreed! As circuit production technique, a failure. But as an art technique, it bears further investigation. The way the metal balloons unpredictably under the backpressure from the cutting jet makes for interesting texturing. It is, however, *extraordinarily* messy. Even for waterjet cutting. Lots of splash and vapor.

I used to advocate for gentle weirdness on April 1st, 'pranks' that restored wonder and mystery to a world gone grey and cold.

But.

I know how the anxiety builds when you don't know if the next pet on the head will be with an open hand or a closed fist.

So, a promise. No pranks, no jokes, no tricks. Not from me, not tomorrow. Hopefully, not ever, in a meanspirited way - there's enough spite in the world. But definitely not tomorrow.
