@monorail Oh, sorry. Good morning!

I love this statue, and I've always thought it's the perfect symbol of Welsh rugby. But it has nothing to do with Wales, or rugby - it stands in the Bulgarian city of Varna, and is called Dragons in Love, showing two dragons holding an egg.

@Caudle Aptophilia is a word we've not hear before. What's it mean?
@Caudle If you figure it out, please let the rest of the world know. I assure you you're not the only one confused by it.
@Vyzie Oh of course. Just, if you _had_ to not have any days off, you'd better have been getting paid well for it!
@Vyzie I certainly hope you got plenty of overtime pay.
@Vyzie You've been in need of one of those for quite a while.
You might expect that side games and spinoff series would almost always have worse stories than the main series, since they're throwing out the series conventions and even sometimes throwing out the established canon too in favor of something new.
At least, you might think that if you've never played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Seriously, do yourself a favor and at least play Explorers of Sky.
@monorail Can I @ you to ask what an i3 workspace is? Is this related to the i3 line of processors from Intel?
@daylight Admirable Akbar.
For some reason, I suddenly remembered a fanfiction we read probably a decade ago that, for some unknown reason, spelled every word that normally has a ⟨j⟩ with ⟨dsch⟩ instead, so there was a lot of talk of a dschungle, for example.
It bothers me that we still haven't thought of any way that could have happened.

@Draekos *hugs back* I'm glad you're feeling better.
re: status of my day: ( - mh)
@Draekos Can I offer a hug? I don't know what I can do for you from here, but I'm here for you if you need anything.
@typhlosion Okay, this is a hilarious idea that should definitely be implemented.
I wonder if you could mod that into skyrim or something.
@monorail Star activity cycles happen on fairly short time scales, as well; the sun's is something like thirteen or twenty-six years, I think?
Headmate to @Felthry, still figuring out how things are after a long absence.
Twenty-something feminine-leaning androgynous arcaninetales taur usually with two heads. Interests in puzzles, engineering, and a good book, and curling up with a good friend.
Pronouns... zhe/zhir for now, but that might change in future.
