It is a pretty nice and cool day here in Pittsburgh, at least when it is cloudy I do not have as much trouble seeing. Although there is a freeze warning, but is only going to last two nights.

Blood donation qualms (-)
I would assume LGBTQ+ people would be able to donate blood if it meant keeping starving vampires at bay from sucking the blood of others. But right now it is like "No, we do not want you to help people". I am A- which is 2% of the world, and I can donate to AB- which is 0.4%.

Uhh, Fidelity is adding the ability to use BTC to 401ks. There is really no long-term anything about BTC, you get no dividends/interest and it strictly follows a buy/sell. Is Fidelity going to like run a bunch of trading bots to by low and sell high or just peg?

If Twitter does implode, it will suck for the time I spent gathering and building an audience for my project. Will essentially be starting up from a lower point, which is rather unfortunate.
Cleaning robot would grind against the base of the fan, so this prevents her from doing so.

Note that this account has existed for a long while, so was already here and existing. I always prefer to have a backup whenever possible when it comes to communities. For example there is IRC (LiberaChat) and Discord which are linked together. Despite the IRC channel being empty, it is always an option available.

If and when the mastodon surge happens, I think admins need to do more to set expectations on how blocking works. Reminding users that they can personally block instances and users. Help to ensure that user problems do not become “instance vs instance”. Admins have a responsibility to their users and the wider community, and should try to avoid instance blocks for dispute resolution unless it involves Prohibited Content. Learn from failed instances.
