hypnotic triggers

@Oneironott I think that was me, but coulda been others. :-P

@starkatt @sev@witches.town Five so far, a sixth upcoming. They're really good!

@sev@witches.town Go all-in on the silly: get everyone to wear cheap costume animal tails. "mock tails"
:-P

lewd, just a bit

@starkatt @sev@witches.town Oooh, yeah, I get that sometimes too from going dancing.

Gender (genital-adjacent)

@KawaSeadrake
*nodnods*

I do recall missing my Spiro doses once or twice and suddenly the libido was right back there. Which... yeah, every so often isn't really a bad thing.

@indi @starkatt Sliding into this late, but good to see other folks enjoying this series!

I read the first one a while back, then mainlined the next three, and read the fifth one not too long after that, so they all got woven together into a really neat tapestry.

Indi: As far as the priesthood stuff, you get a lot of that in the fifth book, which features Caleb's father.

Gender (genital-adjacent)

@KawaSeadrake Huh! So... off a week, on a week? That might get rough but could be worth trying.

Meds

@mawr Yeah, I think I could more easily learn to live with the velcro though. Find methods to break me out of longer hyperfocus, stuff like that.
I'd rather have that than the teflon. O.o

Meds

Before focus meds:
My attention is like trying to touch teflon--with enough pressure and effort, you can remain in one spot, but things slide around otherwise.

After focus meds (at least so far):
My attention is like touching velcro, with other velcro. Easy to attach, takes an effort to detach and relocate.

Not better, but different!

@OsirisSaline @ElectricKeet That's absolutely fair. The usage of emojis aren't even ever consistent between two people. I understand that makes it even more difficult to decode.

The larger problem tends to be "tech people try to solve problems they think everyone has, but that's often only based on who they know and associate with--more people like themselves."

I had a Plan Today

@KoBunny *nodnods*
I know. I can still be sympathetic to your plight!

And I'm still a bit... anxious from finding that, to begin with.

@ElectricKeet @OsirisSaline At least some places (like Slack) have the hover-over give you the name of the image. That assumes it's named helpfully, and not something like "bobface".
Wish that /was/ more universal though, yeah.

I had a Plan Today

@KoBunny I'm sorry for potentiating that, even if I wasn't the cause. -_-

Gender... back to normal? (some explicit references)

@KawaSeadrake This was still an interesting experiment to follow! Thanks for documenting it!

@indi Yeah, and the creek reclamation and rehabilitation part of that too.

@indi That Pea Patch garden down near Thornton Place, with the wind sculptures and the labyrinth, feels a bit like the place you describe in the first post. :-)
