The straw bans literally mean disabled folks can't drink. And no, many can't use the shitty paper ones.
But I'm sure the sea turtles, who are far more affected by industrial plastic pollution than straws and which nobody seems eager to stop, will appreciate it.

@frameacloud @anthracite see THIS is why we need a truly customizeable, responsive, non-horrible PDA. it would be *trivial* to set Yangle to "okay be quiet for 60 minutes and then beep to tell me when the time is up, also look like a dragon and make the beep a rar." because Yangle would KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN AND DO *THAT*, and not try to sell you timers on Amazon. :|

The way that made you feel is an emotion that most people of color experience every single day. They have to carefully bottle that emotion up and hide it away from public view.
