I'm going to have to embark on the FODMAP exclusion diet soon to figure out what I shouldn't be eating, or should only be eating in smaller amounts. like, I know from experience that coffee is ~bad~, but it's not always *this* BAD, so I keep trying because ??? masochism I guess. >___<
Pooka slept between Spouse and I last night, and gradually expanded onto my side of the bed to the extent that I woke up with like a foot and a half of bed space and a cramp in my back from bending around his little furry body. >____<
