oh gosh so sleep. sleepy. still/again. wtf

saw a couple of crows play-wrestling on the way to the store just now--flapping up and grabbing at each other with their claws. it was obviously play-fighting, not actual fighting, as they broke off and went back to foraging peacefully side by side afterwards. I think they're a mated pair. either way, it was adorable, and new behavior for me to see, so yay! :D

@Edelwood @anthracite I saw this last toot first and was like ".... I'm pretty sure they're not talking about what it seems obvious they're talking about?" and I went and looked and nope, y'all weren't. just thought you should know. XD

took a three-hour nap and I'm still tired. this sucks. :|

I suspect that means more than anything that I'm *tired* in my waking life. didn't have the emotional energy to turn into a raptor and maul him, so... meh. still tired. >___<

but instead, I just felt--vaguely annoyed and kind of tired of him. so I gave him a couple of offhandedly mildly insulting responses and ignored him as I went to play the game. he ended up watching over my shoulder and asking me out. I think my response was an incredulous "after all that, you're asking me out? you've got to be fucking kidding."

bunch of stuff I don't really remember; the one bit I do remember was... I was trying to play an arcade video game, but some guy was bullying me, mostly verbal harassment, the kind of stuff that when I was younger would have sent me fleeing in tears, and nowdays would cause a carefully controlled massive adrenaline reaction. in dreams I usually have huge emotional overreactions to fairly mildly upsetting things.
