@guerrillarain@witches.town I once saw an accident in SF where somebody hit a trolley car, and knocked it off the tracks. it wasn't anything bad, just a big traffic snarl on one of the little dinky side streets, and a whole bunch of tourists TAKING PICTURES OF IT. like. WHAT.

home again wheee. but I got to see snow, even if it didn't accumulate to anything--it was tiny little flakes, but enough of them that it looked mildly foggy. very nice. I need to remember to keep peanuts with me, for occasional crow interactions. or maybe not, heh... everything I own will smell of peanuts. XD
nice walk so far! spotted a varied thrush & a sapsucker (rare for me to see, though not actually uncommon) & a pair of bald eagles flirting high above. :)

@fidgety @leafnoodle pork rinds... huh. I don't think I've ever actually had those. well, now I have a good reason to go looking! XD there's a simple recipe in my paleo kid's cookbook, I suspect I can use that and add the pork rinds. tomorrow I'll be going to stores to look for stuff, so I will keep an eye open for them! thanks for the tip! :)
