there's somebody on the internets (not here, not on my birdsite feed, not anyone you know) who I think doesn't like me. they've been very--passive-aggressively rude to me for a while now. but I figure either they don't dislike me, they're just not good with tone or whatever; or they do dislike me, and to have me *completely ignore* the p-a rudeness will chap their buttcheeks much better than any other reaction I could possibly give them. :D

medication acquisition mission accomplished! also "stuff pills down the cat's throat and make sure he swallows them" mission accomplished, though I realized *after* getting them in him that I was only supposed to give him *half* of the second pill, not an entire pill. I'm sure he'll be okay, though he'll probably have tummy upset, and both of us will feel bad. :(

today's expedition will be to see if I can find anti-allergy medication with the correct ingredient to stick down Pooka's throat. :P

and yeah, the chapter I skipped is one of the "needs much work" ones, in part because two of the characters that were in it when I wrote it aren't in it by the time I was done. :P *grumbles*

no wait. I SKIPPED A CHAPTER. what the actual I WAS WONDERING WHERE THOSE SCENES HAD GONE. /headdesk

rewriting the next chapter of the Lokific (I need a title, I suck at coming up with titles, arrgh), and I start getting to the stuff that needs to be heavily retooled. I'm not sure I'm up for that today, but welp HERE WE GO

so rather than staying awake, I went back to sleep for a couple of hours. seems like it was a good choice.

unfortunately I am now thoroughly awake several hours earlier than usual. plus I was having a *really* disturbing, *really* bad dream just before being woken up, so I kind of don't want to go back to sleep... just in case it's in there, waiting for me. :P I'll probably nap later in the day instead. or go to sleep really early tonight.

just heard him talking on his cell phone under the window 9____9 saying that he heard "another dog" in the woods and "it sounded like it was hurt." dude. DUDE. even if you did hear a hurt dog, letting your own healthy dogs in there to CHASE IT DOWN would have hurt it EVEN MORE. and you obviously can't control them. ASSHOLE.

I'm sure the coyote is long gone, and his dogs are big enough that they weren't in danger from it--but what the actual fuck, dude? walking your dogs without even *bringing* a damn leash?? that's a good way to LOSE YOUR DOGS. asshole.

woke up to a coyote yip-yowling.

stayed awake watching a dumbass who had evidently taken his two dogs out walking *without a damn leash* follow them into the greenspace. all three of them have been running around--well, the dogs have been running more than him; he emerged, still whistling for his dogs, and retied his ponytail. /facepalm
