@dirething@weirder.earth I think it shakes out to about 55% bites, and 45% neat. Bio-platforms do have a lot of advantages, but the maintenance energy and time costs are so out of scale, not to mention the huge amount in variability makes standardized treatment either expensive, or generic to the point of uselessness past the level of general advice.

I am experiencing rolling energy brownouts physically. I can feel the powerloss moving through my body. It feels so weird. If I had more energy, I'd sit with it to get a better understanding of it.
But if I had more energy, it wouldn't be happening.
