I know that feel.

I think I'm going to fire up Fusion360 when I get home and get some modeling done.

I believe I just idea-sniped myself with what my wand is.

But I just don't seem to connect on the same level, and I don't know if I can.

I don't have a system, or a pantheon, or rituals of my own. And I don't feel right using someone elses without having the context or knowing all the pieces or getting all the lore.

There's just this huskybot who feels alone in her circuits sometimes who catches the back-scatter of lots of other signals being broadcasted but can't integrate the data.

I feel like a fraud when people talk about their woo. Because it seems so damn cool and intriguing and it's something everyone around me is super excited about, especially people i admire and want to get closer too. Neptunians and alchemists and pagans and explorers of every shape size and density all seem to have this part of their minds that is super important to them and that i know is perfectly valid and useful and in no way is causing harm to them or to anyone else that I can see.

-: Got pulled over on my way into work. Didn't register the shuttle when we moved 2 years ago, CA registration super expired and didn't even have expired registration in the car.
0: Cop was realatively chill. Gave me a small-sized hard time and threatened me with a ticket if I don't get the shuttle registered in a week
+: I keep extending and improving my manual computer deployment process. My scripting skill is slowly gaining EXP and i might just ding before this contract is up.

@literorrery Yeah, I'm okay this week. I got pulled over on my way into work this morning, so my groove is thrown off, which usually focuses my thoughts an all the mess that makes the world awful.

Can I just say that "culture fit" is the most cowardly bullshit reason for firing someone? There are plenty of people that are really assholes to work with, that make life hell for other employees, are bad at their jobs, and damage morale by being human trash fires, but they get to keep their employment because they are hired directly, while contractors are treated like disposable interchangeable human-shaped capital resources.

So, when The Princess Diaries movie came out, I wanted it to be much more full of intrigue, plots, and action than the film that was released. It wasn't bad, I was just in the mood for something more shounen than shoujo. So the latest title that has been added to my "In Progress" folder on g-docs is "The Star Princess Diaries" where a young woman who thinks she is common born discovers she is the heir to an advance Space Kingdom and must fight to secure her throne
