@Gargron In my job as a UI designer I’ve generally heard that messaging should avoid the passive voice, ‘take responsibility’ if it’s not an action the user desired to take, and provide instruction on how the user can proceed.

By those metrics “A moderator has locked your account for [x]. You can appeal this by [y].” would be the most ideal format.

My body sure seems to be developing a habit of not working properly in the week before Christmas.

The logic of a bunch of decisions doesn't make sense. The physics of some situations don't make sense. The details of some situations don't make sense.

I noticed Batman v Superman was on Netflix now so I figured I'd watch it.
