iOS 13 having more performance improvements after iOS 12 was a performance-focused update is pretty great. Gotta go fast!

The noise app seems like a really simple but really overlooked thing and I’m pretty stoked they’re doing something about it.

Despite what Apple’s intro video says, y’all should probably prioritise sleeping over coding stuff.

re: Personal ponderings about ethnicity and heritage

I know some bits of the Bukar Sadong language, I've celebrated Gawai, and worn the ceremonial dress a couple of times.

But otherwise I'm pretty detached from that heritage. I don't really "get" it (sometimes, that's a good thing), but it does feel like an unexplored part of myself, sometimes.

* In England, pro-remain parties have secured 43.02% of the public vote, compared to 38.83% for pro-leave parties.

Show thread

* Pro-remain parties have won 20 additional seats compared to 2014, largely via the staunchly pro-EU Liberal Democrats, who have gone from having one seat to 16.
