One of the big challenges I had with taking so long to join the fandom was picking a name. I think 80% of furries, when asked how they chose their handle, respond with "well, uh, I was 15 at the time".

"Zenith" was one of the first two names I came up with, and I'm holding onto the other one for another character in the future. I'm quite happy with it!

- FC 2017: I actually decide that I should make a fursona, and start really mulling over design in my head. It all finally clicks together and I put together Zenith, then properly bring him to life at BLFC.

after seeing another furry awakening timeline here, I thought I'd try and chart out my own.

- ~2005: I stumbled onto furry art for the first time.

- 2011: I dropped by at FC to visit some friends I played boardgames with. Kept going every year, but feel no interest in participating

- 2013-2015: Got deep into ponies. Tried making an OC, but it's a struggle to come up with anything and the character never goes anywhere.

I have discovered that it’s very difficult to find a Telegram sticker that clearly expresses “food?” and not “vore?”
