"Crazed gunmen" are treated in post as the human equivalent to natural disaster. "Oh the poor victims"
"Armed Militias" are what forcibly change governments or defend newly declared independence.
In the moment, both are considered acts of terror, of course-- and with good reason.

@Xial Depends on the condition it was stored in. Sealed bag? Hidden from sunlight? No mold? It'll be fine, but not as strong.
It might be a bit dry which would make it a little harsh to smoke. To solve this, try putting it in a sealed bag with an apple slice for 8-12 hours before lighting it up.
