I wonder if 5G's gonna end up becoming more of an external wifi modem thing. It needs a lot more power and generates more heat than 4G, so having an external box that can have its own cooling and battery would help. At least mm wave is very sensitive to antenna position. Those speeds are mostly needed for stuff like streaming while on the road, people who do that use professional equipment anyways

@Siph @MochiWaifu I mostly drink pilsner so these are all kinda samey, but Astra, Flensburger (has a fun stopper), Wicküler (cheap one that's pretty hoppy), Berliner Weisse (a white beer that's quite bitter, but you combine it with flavored syrups that make it more soda-y), König Pilsner if it's on tap, and because it's from Duisburg

I download stuff from bandcamp as alacs so I can feed it into apple music with less compression steps. iTunes still doesn't take FLAC
@unascribed I wonder if it's so they can have DRM extensions? idk Apple just liked to have their own formats at some point
maybe it's a relic from the WMA battle
@unascribed not really worth it though, and on some files it can be too much for the decoder
