@jgilbert thing is, chatbots used to be "hey these are the things I can do: 1. track package, 2. (something else)… please reply with the number you want" and then it'd ask you for your package info and stuff. Maybe it'd ask you for keywords to throw into a FAQ database too. NLP makes the customer experience so much worse

do you ever want to quickly estimate how long a file transfer should take? put !wa <size> at <speed> into DuckDuckGo (or just the part after the bang into WolframAlpha), for example 8GB at 10MB/s
