Assuming this is a capital C, a typical cap height to font size ratio is 6 to 10. This means this is a font size of 38.8 feet. 38.8 feet is 465.6 inches. A classic typographical point is 1/72nd of an inch.
This means, I think, that these letters are font size 33500.
