@xerz because they're there to protect the company, not the workers. I think you're thinkin of a worker's council (here in Germany if there is one decisions like terminations have to be run by them)

@monorail I feel like an analog clock actually helps me with conceptualizing time, thinking of hours as a circle is easier than just working with raw numbers. I've been using analog watch faces most of the time for years, even though I have the choice on a smartwatch
