@enbyss huge if true
@connections hey! Hope y'all are having nice holidays.
We recently got hold of this beauty and would love to use it for our doorbell/intercom.
None of us really have much telecom experience, so even a basic ringer circuit is a bit daunting to develop - do you you have any pointers for how to convert between a single analog phone line (German style) on one side and power, audio in/out, ring, hook on the other? Either readymade solutions, or some keywords for helpful components.
Thanks! -Lambda
@kookie feel free
I actually have a smolhaj with me :3 shark companion and emergency pillow
tbh what I really learnt is that the pretty steep increase for a private cabin and for the sleeper part of the train (this is the cheap sleeper "couchette") are probably justified
I might actually like the upper bunk more because it feels cozier and less exposed, but it's more annoying logistically
@pup_hime oh yeah they should just tag it
@pup_hime that's unfortunately the big money maker, the polygon folks talked about it
@twi @gutmunchies yeah I put clear tape over a destroyed section of my old iPad mini and it stopped being dangerous so I declared it good
I walked a bit further and found a train, they seem to have redone all the routing on the fly and it just works with the app and everything
just Google maps is unhelpful
@halcy yea surface finish on .2 mm nozzle parts is amazing
this was a day of printing and like half an hour of removing support (plus I printed the end of the staff separately) but it came out great. I should do more now that I don't sleep in the same room as the printer
solution
@jn little/big-endian obviously
@pup_hime that's cool I should finally play signalis
@jollysea holy shit you were not kidding about the falafel place
@NafiTheBear I'm not either lol
@NafiTheBear just smart city planning, really
