@elilla speech to text via neural networks is a solved problem too. you should even be able to use the confidence values to mark places that need human intervention. no need for a whole ass LLM

Hallo #Stuttgart und Umgebung: Entgegen aller Widrigkeiten habe ich einen Vertrag für ein Praxissemesterpraktikum bei euch in der Nähe unterschrieben. Die Unterkunft fehlt aber noch!

I relented and used log in with google. After entering my phone number it went "there's already an account, want to link them? just type in this code emailed to you" and guess what email arrived immediately
I understand why "email me a link" type login is popular but maybe actually send the email. just a thought.
