Hey I’m having trouble again. My new job doesn’t start til January. I got bills still this month and so little funds. Need to pay 410 this month to cover healthcare and other bills. Help anyway you can. My healthcare premium shot up for next year, almost shot up more cuz I didn’t have a job. I gotta pay next months bill before I get coverage. This country sucks.

"no operation" actually a misnomer, in reality it increases the program counter by one
