ive seen people suggest that the ios app thing means it's time to jump ship and... idk? i don't feel like the ios app itself matters because there were already plenty of apps, some of them good i hear. and gargron has made it clear before that he doesn't like any feature that doesn't look good on an instance the size of m.s (personally that's how i read the timeline thing, not "it's not like twitter wahh")
@Eramdam@octodon.social @Siph yeah just the fact that it can run games the Switch couldn't even dream of makes it cool
and like, it'll be perfect for all kinds of indie games, plus it works with a standard USB-C dock. I'm looking forward to using it as a Jackbox machine if I get one
@Siph I don't think Intel is the only one who can build a good small AIO though
also I have big hopes for the Steam Deck

@Siph well, we've seen some compact AMD machines, so I think this is only gonna get better, especially with Zen 3 APUs on the horizon
personally I would like if it didn't have rgb skull gamer branding, but that's a minor gripe in a decent-looking machine
having the CPU and most of the I/O in a socketable module is pretty cool, and it would make upgrades extremely simple
doesn't look like a bad option for a SFF gaming PC, actually (except I'd personally prefer Ryzen lol)
