@prickle@mastodon.online seen the pinetime yet? https://www.pine64.org/pinetime
that's Samsung Internet, when you first launch it it explains some gestures for looking at the corners of the website, they barely help (why don't they just let you scroll the top of the website down to the center of the screen?). It's a horrible experience but somehow the high DPI means it's not completely useless? like, in a pinch I could look up sth on here
@pup_hime hell yea
re: advert
@cpsdqs fyi Youtube is pretty usable in Safari and there's ad blockers that include a plugin to block youtube ads, been having good results with AdBlock Pro. There's also a SponsorBlock addon (paid, but cheap)
@onfy honestly I'd probably prefer a really shitty pair of headphones over that… our elementary school didn't have computers and my secondary school wisely didn't buy any
@onfy oh, it does fit in a drive bay. I guess that makes more sense.
Our first "family PC" was a Macintosh Performa all-in-one, so it just had speakers
@onfy never seen anything like it, do they actually route 12V molex from the case? looks like they're supposed to be in a drive bay lol
@gamerswift13 they will be able to report to their shareholders that this month n users played their game. If you log in at all during the month you get counted in the monthly active users stat
@gamerswift13 only downside is Blizz will be able to report one more active user for this month
