@unascribed OS3 was supposed to be a big overhaul with help from Samsung's Tizen code and it certainly works well when it works, but

@unascribed for an OS that's been out for years it feels very much like a first-gen product (which Wear OS 3 and the Pixel Watch kinda are but)

it'd be a lot less of a hassle if it was possible to reset the connection without resetting the entire dang watch

resetting the Pixel Watch for the second time since I got it. somehow something can mess up the connection and it'll just refuse to talk to my phone after that

@maloki fair, I just think docking it at a desk to set things up is wayy faster

my grocery store has these cheese cube snacks and they're so good

@maloki idk my perspective is it's a computer, I plug a keyboard into my desktop to use it

In German we don't say "Let me ask my coworker", we say "Ihre Anfrage wurde an die Fachabteilung weitergeleitet" and I think that's beautiful

@maloki highly recommending either getting a USB-C-to-A adapter for a keyboard or just a portable Bluetooth keyboard

@trwnh pretty nice. I wanted to get one of those calculator watches, they're still around, but they only have inverted displays

@trwnh heh, they even make solar-powered ones

@trwnh a classic casio will show you most of that and last years off of a coin cell, have you looked into casio mods? there's some really cool drop-in boards that let you customize the functionality
