@elilla with whatever you're putting down, make sure you're not sealing in moisture, concrete is surprisingly permeable and basements aren't the driest place around here
it started working again sometime through the night… I guess the heat provider had an issue
welp, it's -3°C out and my heating stopped working. dunno what's wrong with it since it's for the whole house and inaccessible to me but I hope my landlord reads his emails early tomorrow
