@mcc this makes it look that it gets rolled up somehow. I'd say the snap at the edge of the hook connects to one at the neck and the band gets used to tuck the hood into itself?

@mcc could it be that one set is to fold back the rim of the hood and one set is to roll up the hood and make it into a slightly thick collar?
