@jollysea it should be "Don’t search the web or display web results in Search", which you can find in Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components.
@jollysea fyi you can forbid bing from showing up in the start menu search with a group policy

@AngelaPreston Glitch doesn't have it's own post-collapsing feature anymore, it's now using the mainline feature. I don't know if there's an equivalent setting there
