it's apparently a feature people want because the stereo displays it very prominently (I tried turning off the demo mode once but I couldn't figure it out)

easy mode: tech support on a relative's device when they're there

normal mode: they're not there but they have teamviewer

hard mode: they don't have teamviewer but are able to follow directions

extra hard mode: the device is an old ass phone and you need to get teamviewer installed on it

nightmare mode: they have teamviewer on their phone but their phone doesn't connect to wifi for some dang reason
