I wonder if 5G's gonna end up becoming more of an external wifi modem thing. It needs a lot more power and generates more heat than 4G, so having an external box that can have its own cooling and battery would help. At least mm wave is very sensitive to antenna position. Those speeds are mostly needed for stuff like streaming while on the road, people who do that use professional equipment anyways
