- front-end web design (html, JavaScript)
- Someone with experience making charts in d3.js
- a sysadmin to do some light server maintenance type work (setup to make sure everything is running correctly, some nginx server setup, general make it not burn down stuff)

it doesn't matter if you edit #osm #openstreetmap a lot or only casualy, I'd just be interested to hear different voices.
