Update: The Pokémon company has responded to the departure of eShop purchases by offering Pokémon bank free for a limited amount of time after March 2023. Funny side-note. Nintendo also removed a chunk of text from their support article about archival of old games.
My 3DS apparently didn't transfer any data to Nintendo servers but here's what my Wii U told them
