I'll make an issue about this later but lemme just say that a big gripe I have about the new landing page is that the link to the rules page is tiny now
The old page had the "About this Instance" link on top, which wasn't ideal. Now the (good) new idea seems to be to incorporate that page's info on the front page.
Maybe the new page should have a section where folks can outline the CoC with a "show more" link? Prominently advertising a CoC on the first page would send a good message, I think
