when you can control it, esp on youtube, try to avoid putting important visual information along the bottom bit of the screen. youtube's subtitles on mobile devices aren't able to be moved, and you often can't move them around on other platforms, so sometimes we have to turn subtitles off just to see the thing you're showing.

I can't post a picture rn but I found out today that the PSX SCPH-1002 I recently got has a busted PSU but the Board is the super-early one where dithering is broken and you get horrible banding on everything so that's nice to have (because it's rare, not because all games look like crap)
