this phone is great, the Bluetooth file transfers get sorted in with the SMS and it just makes so much sense? I wish I could've used Symbian instead of the garbage that is Series 40 back when I had a Nokia phone

you can thank @unascribed for this idea, I was long overdue to customize my N-Gage a little and luckily it receives images over Bluetooth from my actual phone without any problems

oh yeah also exporting from the notes app lowers the image resolution, so the scan is basically unusable afterwards, that's kinda annoying

I wonder if scanners will slowly disappear now that we can literally just point phones at paper and get a decent quality document

in general I'm impressed how well my phone camera works as a scanner, even though I ended up having to do the conversion to a greyscale print-ready file myself in Krita (more because I'm a perfectionist though)

neat, the Snapseed "silhouette" filter is actually quite good at cleaning up black-and-white "scans" from programs like Office Lens

I wish it was more common for devices to support USB-OTG, like my eReader supporting USB keyboards
