Amazon's interfacing with third-party delivery companies must be a mess, I got a message about a failed delivery from Hermes, couldn't remember what it was. So I rescheduled it, then later I got a notice about a failed delivery from Amazon, who say to contact DPD. The DPD website doesn't know the tracking number and I had to use a third-party tracking website to figure out that actually, Amazon sent that via Hermes and I didn't have a mystery parcel waiting for me
