I figured out that Android has a "driving mode" that displays media controls at the same time as navigation and also it has a feature where it randomly asks you whether you're currently driving when you're completely stationary

Does anyone know if I need to do anything special to get incoming calls working with VOIP.ms? It works on Linphone, but it doesn’t seem to work with GNOME Calls. Unsure if that’s an issue with the Calls app or my setup.
