once you get decent-ish weapons the combat is pretty interesting, even if the game hasn't aged its best, it's all sorts of hanky (which can be fun!).

I have a copy of the sequel on Epic (they gave out codes with AMD GPUs and my brother gave me one) and I'm itching to see what they improved, but I'm also not gonna convince my friends to pay 60€ to play with me so that'll have to wait

Finished Dead Island in co-op, it's a fun game, bit weak in the story department, I probably wouldn't have played it alone
