Tomb Raider Anniversary really didn't need a remake
getting falafel at the one place that's open past midnight is pretty nostalgic
Today we'll be hosting our first home automation evening at @cccac! We want to talk about software like Home Assistant, ESPHome, WLED and the hardware that works with it.
As a hook I would like to show a small setup I've built to remind the club members and myself at home when a robot vacuum connected via Valetudo needs emptying (using a fixed runtime as a gauge).

readers of our feed know that for the past 2 years+ we have sheltered some trans youth that had nowhere else to go, and who were in a delicate legal situation. two of my queer kids have now become safe enough to leave the nest, and one of my legal kids is also leaving next month. various expenses related to their trips, opsec precautions, and household maintenance have burned a hole of some ~500€ so far in the budget, and with no Kindergeld starting next month we expect to have trouble building savings. so I'm running this little fundraiser to give us some breathing space. if you want, you can think of it as a thank-you for the carework and risks incurred the past two years—and as funding for future sheltering efforts, of course, as I will for sure make the extra space available to more queer ppl in need of shelter 🙇♀️
