so after being bedridden for 16months due to a hernia, I've finally got my surgery!
now I'm bedridden for recovery, which is at least a great improvement.
I'm still about 2000$ away from paying all my storage bills, so if you've got a couple dollars, it'd help me get through this last stretch. Thanks so much!
also Bawkbasoup is streaming it now if you're interested https://www.twitch.tv/bawkbasoup
the game looks to be beatable! someone in the comments helped me out, there's an invisible hole in the floor you can find if you'll look around long enough and it triggers the cutscene that gives you the code!
I hope someone makes a mod that fixes the cutscenes and stuff, the first part of this one is just missing but probably still in the rom
I played a good bit but I think the game is unbeatable. After the Yawn 2 boss fight there should be a cutscene (that is in the older build, but the boss fight isn't) that gives you a passcode, but that never happens. You just fight the snake, nothing happens, that's it
it's actually a really impressive port, plays well considering the lack of… everything on the Gameboy color https://www.gamesthatwerent.com/2025/12/resident-evil/
regular reminder to bring can tabs (the things you use to open e.g. monster cans) to congress and bring them to the bzd assembly, because a friend needs them for an art project
also collect during the event :3
Its #FreeCADFriday and what I have for you today is this 'cradle' which is a part of the Stonhenge soldering challenge.
It serves multiple roles
* A nice base for the finished project
* I use it to store the components when making kits
* Sorting tray during assembly (thus the 4 sub-compartments)
* When the PCB is placed with the 'stones' down, its a protector for transport.
The PCB has been exported from #KiCad and imported into #FreeCad as reference.
