re: Transmia / illegal male tittys
@Brainship The sheer lewdness of them might make ladies of delicate sensibility swoon, and corrupt the virtues of the youth!
or

re: Plural and dreams / lewd mention
@Brainship idk what to say but that is rad, and also Solomon turning up to save from nightmares sounds rlly good
UK Trans Question, NHS,
So like
After surgery and the GRC was done I got discharged, never heard from the GIC again, etc
Now a few years later, I'm wondering. Cuz.. US trans people apparently see an endo every once in a while? And that sounds.. Uh, sensible?
But this is the NHS, so.. I imagine doing so over here would involve getting re-referred, put back on the waiting list, etc.
Does anyone have any experience of longterm/post-transition trans healthcare under the NHS? Is that a thing that.. Exists, structurally at all?
@kitsch yeah, that used to be what worked for me ._.
@pup_hime I think I got that from a psych once and was just "okay pal, my total immunity to it must just be tolerance built up from drinking a triple espresso every 6 months or so"
Idk much about you and not assuming here, but this is one of those 'fairly commonly self-reported/well known in communities, but not really studied at all or institutionally known about' kinds of traits among people on the Autistic Spectrum
@theoutrider @bentosmile gosh
that.. fits perfectly, that's wonderful
@theoutrider @pup_hime Yeah, happy birthday! ^^
@theoutrider @pup_hime I really want to find a way to break these awful things. D:
(break 'anti-bot verification as free labour', not 'break boats')
re: Sleepy Foucault Posting: Cultural Discourse of Sexuality, Transphobia, Institutional Psychology {Tri}
I mean, look at Blanchard's regime in Canada, and tell me he wasn't an institutionally-endorsed sex abuser, whose role within the institution was to not only police trans people, but to force us to internalise *self-policing* as habitual background behaviour before access to transition resources (incl. legal & social validation and protection) was granted by the state.
This policing centred around the erasure of trans identities and trans sexualities via imposing a medicalized framework of power, both external power, and that which is drilled into the subject's self-narrative and self-beliefs by the institution
