So I looked it up and it turns out the silica desiccant gel in those "do not eat" packets is generally harmless if you eat it.

To be clear, I'm not trying to say that emotional pain is because of her. What exactly I do mean, I'm still trying to figure out. "Oversight" isn't really the right word but it's the closest I could come up with. Maybe like water in an estuary? Separate but interacting and intermingling, each moving within the other.

Driving home from a partner's house, I saw a sliver of rainbow. I've never seen that after sunset before, and took it as a blessing.

Today has been hard, emotionally. Seeing that rainbow made me realize that Rain Goddess also has broad oversight over hurt and sorrow. She... cares about us, though her caring can be difficult to bear.

Today has been the kind of day where nothing has been wrong per se but it nonetheless feels like something in the back of my head has been screaming the entire time.

Feels like I've taken a big emotional hit somewhere.
