@mawr :nod: I do think that asking folks for help is an impulse that's often correct and useful.

What I worry about doing is _only_ going to people when I'm sad, and that going "weh I feel shitty" is a default reaction even when there's nothing that talking to people is likely to help address.

I guess, I don't actually do too much of those, actually.

I just finished season 4 of Bojack Horseman.

It's a brilliant show wrapped within a shitty show. The brilliant show is honest, heartfelt, kind, and has genuinely good satire. The shitty show that contains it juvenile and often borderline unwatchable.
