A squel that doesn't understand the love the first film had for its material, and doesn't understand that the first film had creative vision and wasn't just written to form. Also, not enough sexy monsters.

I don't doubt that your snide remark, your screencapped dunk, your quote tweet, whatever, is totally earnest, from a good place, or whatever you say, like, I don't doubt that.
It's not about the behavior of exactly one actor (like say, you), but the systemic effect of all of these people all doing something at once.
It's weirdly violent, and neither the participants nor the target benefit from it. It's just _designed_ to suck the life out your eyeballs and that's it. So, cool it.
