i mostly journal in mine since text editing is a pretty low bar while i learn how to actually do more complex things with it--but i just wanna do weird and neat things with it eventually too

@SuricrasiaOnline @noiob that's true! though i guess what i mean is that if i was on the receiving end of a soft block, i would feel like i shouldn't follow the person who did it after that point out of respect of their wishes

to me, soft blocks seem like asserting a boundary that you are trusting others to not cross again

so sometimes you see fennel configs
it's pretty rad, honestly! cause vimscript is one of the main things that really scared a lot of people away from playing around with vim outside of its defaults
