I added just a few drops of fish sauce to the ground turkey I was browning, it caramelized, and now the entire kitchen smells like Tiger Heaven.

Stepbrother's showing no signs of cognitive or motor impairment and he might be discharged as soon as the day after tomorrow.

His long-term condition is still basically "99% clusterfucked" and it comes down at this point to "can we still have him at Christmas." But this is still giving the family some hope to cling to, and I'm really grateful for it.

@LeDiva I figure somewhere out in the cosmos, Ki-T still hands out with Hladi on the weekends and makes her shoplift pixelfish for her or something. ^__^
