I'm not afraid. All of us are lucky: we have the resources to lay in plenty of supplies, and no particular obligations that would force us to spend much time in crowds.

I'm still far, far more concerned about the short-sighted stupidity of my fellow person-like-things.

This weekend was a big parade of depression. Granted, I missed my pills a couple of times, which couldn't possibly have helped. Also, I spent most of it trying to write, or to paraphrase Douglas Adams, "staring at a blank screen until my forehead bleeds."

Oddly chipper this morning, despite the 40 hour week awaiting me, or maybe because of it. It ain't creative, but it's well-defined and I get lots of praise for it from my inexplicably nice boss. This is still a HUGE novelty to me, after a lifetime of jobs I could only tread water at.

Life is not good but it's OK and I got this neat dragon.
