@Sparf If Hogarth somehow had that done with Thief of Songs, I would sob uncontrollably. D:

#SadPoems :(
Not by half. Holy <completely incoherent string of curse words in as many languages as there are skies>. D:
Okay, yeah, this book is frighteningly good. Earthrise was good, but this is *magnificent*.
@makyo Yes, yes it is. <3
Oh, and credit to @makyo for reminding me how important reminding people you love them is. <3 (During travel specifically, but it's important in general.)
@kelseyhusky Thank you! <3
Ethics (Long, but important)
@KawaSeadrake *hugs tight* Thank you for reading. Know it was a doozy, but if it can save one life, it's a story worth my remembering.
Ethics (Long, but important)
*I* have become death, destroyer of worlds. And I wish I could undo my mistake.
... Anyways, that's my spiel on ethics. Don't learn the hard way. Just don't.
Ethics (Long, but important)
My only solace is that a peace agreement was recently signed that has a serious hope of ending that war for good. >.<
And yes, I should have known better, should have seen more clearly what ramifications what I was building *could* have, but I didn't. And I made a terrible mistake.
Ever since, my focus has been healing, and I know of at least one life that I've managed to save. It's a start, but I have a long way to go.
Ethics (Long, but important)
I responded to him with the following:
For what little it's worth, after a piece of technology I helped develop was used to call down an airstrike, I left defense forever.
That was not its intended purpose, and many other things could have been done with the technology, but that's what they chose to do.
And I have to live with that, even though I have no idea how many have died because of me.
My goal as a writer: To wound you so deeply that you start to heal things you didn't even know were broken.
